The round ball was actually a robot that can be controlled with your iPhone, though we didn't actually see it in action. The shapes worked with an iPad, which displays different shapes and advances to the next level when the game player touches the correct physical shape to the screen. That one seemed like an interesting learning tool. I have the vendor's business card if you'd like more information.
